Exhibition Application form

SSOKU09 Conference features an exhibition space for a limited number of exhibition stands willing to showcase and demonstrate their technological results. The exhibition stands should be in line with the themes discussed during the conference sessions in order to complement the conference programme.

The Exhibition is particularly focussed on European SMEs willing to showcase technological advances and to take part to the development of a fruitful conversation regarding the future of Software & Services and SOKU Technologies and to the evaluation of the findings presented during the conference. European and International projects and initiatives, universities, media, commercial, research or governmental organisations are also welcome.

The event features an interesting mix of plenary and parallel sessions, additionally to an exhibition area, focusing around non technical issues as well as business, research and standards tracks. Exhibition topics include, but are not limited to:

If you wish to submit an application for the exhibition space, please complete and fax (+39 050.387.14.01) or email back the form to us by 28 November 2008.

Please bear in mind that the Programme Committee shall re-direct non-technological application towards a poster space and/or the promotional area.

Confirmed exhibitors should be registered to the SSOKU09 conference. The exhibition space is free of charge and includes a table, a few chairs, some electricity socket, 1 poster panel, wi-fi internet. Additional equipments may be provided upon request and will be charged to the exhibitors.

Benefits of the Exhibition Area
The Exhibition Area allows you to demonstrate your technological results as well as to display posters, banners, flyers, publications and reports.
In order to maximise your visibility and increment the networking opportunities, all coffee-breaks and lunches will be held in the exhibition area.

Shipment of Materials
Once your exhibition application has been accepted, you will then have the possibility to send your materials to the Diamant Conference Centre.

Materials are to be delivered between not before 5th January 2009 (before this date the centre is closed and will not be in a position to accept any material), and can be sent directly to the venue, at the following address:

Please make sure to clearly indicate the following information on the boxes:

  • Name of the sender and of the Organisation
  • Title for materials sent
  • Box number and total number of boxes sent (eg. 1/3)
Return shipment of all materials is to be organised by the sender. Materials have to be removed from the venue by the end of the SSOKU09 conference which closes on 14 January 2009.
