European experts contribute to roadmap for Software & Software Services

Madrid, 21/04/2008: Experts from all over Europe convened at the 2nd ECSS-Workshop in Budapest to set the course for the ECSS-White Paper, an action paper for the European Commission outlining strategies to meet the future challenges in the Software and Software Services Area.

2nd ECSS Workshop

Grid Computing is opening new horizons for the software and software service industry. The 2nd ECSS Workshop on April 3, 2008 in Budapest fathoms the challenges the European Union will have to face. Experts from research and industry are invited to an open dialog and to contribute to a joint White Paper for the EC, showing the necessary steps towards a strong, flexible, distributed computing technology development.
